Shipping

Custom Graphics orders are generally dispatched within the turnaround time listed on product pages, after receipt of payment and are shipped via GLS, Sending, UPS, DPD or DHL with tracking.

Shipping times are dependant on the specific carriers at the time of shipment, and are not controlled by AION Graphics in any way.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.

We advise you to group your items in one order.

We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Customs

International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees.

International packages may be delayed by customs; unfortunately AION Graphics has no control over this.

Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year and local delivery service.

Mis-Delivery / Wrong Addresses

Please notify us immediately if the wrong address was inputted during checkout so we can update it before shipping.

If the item is already shipped then we are not liable for lost or delivered packages. We recommend immediately calling your delivery partner to change the delivery address. We cannot do this for you. Only the recipient on the package can call and change the delivery address.

We will not re-ship, replace or refund orders if lost for wrong addresses. It is up to the customer to give correct information. No exceptions.

All returned “Invalid Address” packages are non-refundable, and will be charged a re-delivery fee to re-ship from AION Graphics.
